We started going to Import Doctors in 2002 because we wanted to find a reliable garage to take
our family cars to. We really don't know much about cars and have no desire to. What we were looking for is someone
that we could trust when we had a car problem. We had been to many different places that wanted to make as much money
as possible with no regard to cost or time. We work out of the area and our son goes to school out of the area, so
to have a car down is not easy to work around. Import Doctors has been great. The car is ready when they say and
Bob is always honest about the problem, even if it ends up costing him additional work. Bob has always stood behind
his work, which is not so easy to find these day.
We have very happily referred Bob to several friends with no worries about how they will be treated.
